We offer two types of product trials to our potential customers:
- Signing up on behalf of the company
If you sign up on behalf of a company, you may be eligible for a 7-day free trial once verification of company registration and ownership is completed. Please make sure that you are able to represent your company and sign legal agreements in its name.
After the test, our team will contact you to discuss your trial results.
- Signing up as an individual
If you sign up as an individual, you may be eligible for a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you decide that our product is not suitable for your needs, you will have 3 days to claim back your chosen plan’s initial subscription payment.
The money-back-guarantee only applies if you have not used more than 20% of your plan’s traffic/number of requests during the first three days of your purchase.
It is important to note that you will not receive a refund if the account was suspended for breach of the services Agreement (including the Acceptable Use Policy) and if you have charged-back or otherwise reversed any payment for the services before.
All refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
